![]() ![]() The future people that have a 6:1 drone-to-person ratio running their settlement have forgotten what a bench is and need to pay money (to whom and for what?) to remember how to combine two planks into a raised seating arrangement. Those aren’t even special structures that need to be adapted for use with diving suits, they just sit in the open in the living domes. Small sculpture and medium sculpture are two different research subjects. In this post-apocalyptic far-future underwater city builder, you need to research benches and potted plants. Other reviews that the pool water was salty sow closed our mouths when in the water.Secondly, there’s literally no imagination in what you research. ![]() It’s ok for a few hours but wouldn’t call it “a day out”. We didn’t eat there and took our own food. The toilets are clean but again need an update, lighting in there is so poor you can hardly see and in the changing rooms there is nowhere to hang clothes - no pegs or benches. I’d you are going with little ones it may be ideal to wear beach shoes as the hard, uneven concrete floor is unforgiving to the softer feet!! Umbrellas that you pay to use are very old and dirty however they serve a purpose. The sunbeds are uncomfortable and bowing in the centre. The park is, as many describe, very tired looking to the point of dangerous in the main pool, tiles are off the floor all over the place and the main pool I found to be quite dirty with bits in it and tissues/plasters. Not ideal but those few staff were friendly. We all noticed a real lack of lifeguards, mostly one guard directing at least 4-5 slides at a time. Sadly there is nothing else to pass any other time such as a lazy river etc Had a nice morning here with my teen boys however within the hour they had completed all the rides. We made the most of it for a few hours but it was the general upkeep and cleanliness that really put us off. My 13yr old couldn't leave fast enough, it was that awful. ![]() It was absolutely terrible, the music at the loudest possible volume, it was buzzing and screeching. The waterpark is attached to the two neighbouring hotels and the animation team came down in the afternoon. It wasn't overly clear which were male and female and there were men in the ladies shower area. The ladies on the snack bar were pleasant and efficient. There are lifeguards around who polite and friendly, I just didn't feel there were enough of them. The very high ones really hurt my daughter on the joins. There were many, many tiles missing in all the pools. The water was cloudy and there was lots of debris (vomit in some pools!), there was a brown sludge mark around the waterline on the walls. The pools are filled with saltwater, (as were the pools at our hotel which were very nice) but these were horribly salty, as in a thick, heavy feel to it that immediately became itchy on your skin as you exited the pool. It's really uncomfortable to walk on and needs repairing in many places. The paths around the pools are all a mish mash of uneven concrete. When we arrived mid morning all the parasols were taken, but we were able to find 3 sunbeds.įrom a distance the waterpark looks OK, it's once you're in that it becomes a bit unpleasant. We were staying in Mogan so Taurito Lago was closer (although it takes longer than you'd imagine due to a land slip that has kept the main route closed for the long term). I took my two children (13 and 6yrs) having weighed up the pros/cons of here versus Aqualand. ![]()
